How long does it take to get my order?
Each item is handmade with love, caffeine, and probably a little dog hair. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, but during busy seasons, it might take a smidge longer. Good things (and cute bandanas) take time — promise it’s worth the wait.
Can I change or cancel my order?
For custom items: If you catch me before I start cutting fabric, absolutely. Once it’s in the works, though, it’s too late — those bandanas move fast. For non-custom items: As long as I haven't dropped it in the mail, we can chat.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
Step one: check with neighbors, the porch, the mailbox, and your mail carrier. Step two: wait a day or two — sometimes USPS likes to play hide and seek. If it’s still missing, bark at me and we’ll figure it out together.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Shipping is available in the US only.

How do I know what size bandana fits my dog?
Check the size chart on each product page! It’s super simple — measure your pup’s neck (not their ego) and match it up. Still not sure? Send me a pic of your dog and I’ll help you out.
Are your bandanas tie or snap?
All are tie-on for that classic look!
Are they washable?
Absolutely. Just toss them in cold water, gentle cycle, and air dry. Full disclosure, I've thrown mine in the dryer on low heat with no issues, but do so at your own risk.
Can you make something custom?
Umm… yes, please! Custom orders are my jam. Tell me your idea, your dog’s attitude, or your favorite phrase, and let’s make something awesome.
What if my dog eats their bandana?
Then congrats, you have great taste (and so does your dog). Sadly, I can’t refund “snack attacks,” but I’ll happily help you order a replacement.
💸 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Each item is handmade to order, but if something’s wrong, I’ll make it right — scout’s honor. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
Totally! Send me a message and I’ll walk you through it. You cover the return shipping, and I’ll handle the rest.
My item arrived damaged!
That’s not okay — and I’ve got you. Snap a pic and message me right away so I can fix it faster than your dog steals socks.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
If it’s my oops, you’ll get a refund or replacement. If it’s a sizing or style issue, we’ll work something out — I want everyone’s tails wagging.

How do purchases help rescue dogs?
A portion of every single order goes directly to dog rescues and fosters. That means your purchase helps pay for vet care, food, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that saves lives. You look good, they get a second chance — it’s a win-win.
Which rescues do you support?
I rotate donations among local rescues based on need — the ones actually out there doing the work, not just looking cute on Instagram.
Can I nominate a rescue?
Heck yes. Send me their info! I’m always looking to add new rescues to my donation list.

Can I request a custom phrase or design?
YES. That’s literally one of my favorite parts of this job. Want something sassy, sweet, or wildly inappropriate (within reason)? Let’s make it happen.
Can you add my dog’s name?
Of course — because every diva deserves their name in print. Just include it in the notes at checkout.
Do you do bulk orders for rescues or events?
Sure do. I love working with rescues and fundraisers! Message me for bulk pricing and custom designs.
